Women’s History Month, we want to shine a spotlight on women in construction. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, women make up just 10% of the construction nation’s workforce nationwide, and just 1% are CEOs in the industry. But one organization is trying to change that. Misha Homara, President and CEO of TriCore Panels, an all women-based company joined us in studio to talk about a free event to honor Women in Construction Week.
