Coulter Airfield hopes to build new business center by fall [Video]

For people constantly on the go, the Bryan Business Council hopes to create a one-stop space for everything and anything business related at Coulter Airfield.

During a recent Bryan Business Council meeting, members approved the ground lease for a new business center at Coulter Airfield. The business center will feature amenities meant to cater to traveling business workers and local businesses needing a space to conduct meetings. Due to being owned by the city of Bryan, the final step before construction can begin is approval from Bryan City Council during its April meeting.

Kevin Russell, managing director of economic development, said efforts to bring a business center to Coulter Airfield have been frequently discussed at the Bryan Business Council.
