SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT — The chief operating officer of Little League International is being elevated to president and CEO effective Jan. 1.
Patrick Wilson, 55, was appointed to that position Wednesday at a special meeting of the Little League board.
He will succeed Stephen D. Keener who late last year announced he would be retiring at the end of 2024 after 30 years in that position.
