Cold mornings ahead, staying dry through Friday [Video]

Good morning! It’s a cold and dry start to our Wednesday across northwest Oregon and southwest Washington. Areas of freezing fog should expand across the lowlands as we head into sunrise. You will also deal with frost on your cars if you park outdoors. Give yourselves some extra time this morning to defrost your windshields. Fog should clear out to a bright afternoon, but there will also be some mid to upper level clouds streaming overhead. Highs will range between the mid to upper 40s.

Dry weather will stick around Thursday and Friday as weak high pressure builds aloft. Our warmest day is still expected to be Friday with highs near 60 degrees. Take advantage of the next few days because wet weather will return this weekend.
