The number of newly listed homes in New Jersey increased by 1.16% in April compared to this time last year, putting it last in the nation, according to Realtor.com.
A total of 9,392 were added to the housing market statewide in April.
North Dakota, Washington and Mississippi saw the most significant growth in newly listed homes compared to last year.
