Nice start to the week [Video]

LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — After a cold and frosty morning, sunshine will warm temperatures into the low 60s for afternoon highs.

Temperatures won’t get as cold Monday night, with lows primarily in the low 40s with some passing clouds. Sheltered valleys could dip back into the upper 30s.

A warm and breezy day is on tap for Tuesday with a partly cloudy sky. Wind gusts over 30 mph are possible.

The Next Big Thing we’re tracking is a cold front that brings rain Tuesday night into early Wednesday morning.

By this weekend, an unsettled weather pattern returns with a daily chance for scattered showers and storms. The good news, it won’t be a washout.
