Stacy Lee Drake has spent much of his adult life behind bars.Starting in 1994, he was convicted of breaking into an Arizona woman’s home and robbing her after taping her to a chair.He was released from prison in 2002.The very next year, he was arrested in Arizona again for burglary and pepper spraying an officer.Lee was let out six years later.Within months, Oklahoma investigators say he robbed a liquor store.Then, only a few days later, he robbed a gas station in Ozark, Alabama, before stealing a truck at gunpoint up in Gordo and leading police on a chase within weeks.Lee had to serve more than nine years in a federal prison back in Arizona.He got out on Sept. 24, 2019.Just four days later, he was arrested for assault in Arizona and trespassing a month after that.Lee was ordered back to prison in Arizona, where he was held until May 2020.Since …
