PUR-2020-00117 On April 12, 2024, Appalachian Power Company (“APCo” or “Company”) filed an application (“Application”) with the State Corporation Commission (“Commission”) requesting approval of an updated Universal Service Fee (“USF”) to fund the Percentage of Income Payment Program (“PIPP”) of $0.00132 per kilowatt-hour (“kWh”) effective June 1, 2024.
