Warming Trend to Start the Month of April [Video]

SUNDAY NIGHT – MONDAY: As of Sunday afternoon, South Dakota is seeing rain and snow in some areas, but North Dakota and Minnesota are partly sunny, mild and dry, thanks to a high-pressure system in Canada. Tonight, a few flurries and showers may cross the ND-SD border, but otherwise, most of North Dakota and western Minnesota should stay clear and dry, allowing temperatures to drop into the 20s. Then on Monday afternoon, we’ll be back in the mid-to-upper-40s, around average for early April. Combined with partly sunny skies and light northerly winds, Monday will start the work week on a nice note.

TUESDAY – WEDNESDAY:A weak cold front from Canada may bring a few sprinkles and flurries to western Minnesota on Tuesday morning, but they’re out of west MN by the afternoon hours, leaving partly sunny skies and highs in the low-50s.
