2-Day International Workshop on Coaching [Video]

In today’s agile business environment, Managers must be prepared for their role as Coaches. Employees maximize their performance at work when Coached. This workshop is designed for those who want to hit the road running with Coaching techniques in their professional role. Participants will learn and practice numerous coaching skills through live demonstrations and peer-to-peer interactions.
