ROCHESTER, Minn.- The deadline to register for the 2025 Ignite Cup in Southeast Minnesota has been extended to Jan. 31, Richard Hinds, a previous winner of the contest says it can be a great way to learn more about business.’
The contest allows small business owners and entrepreneurs to pitch their ideas to a board of judges including experienced entrepreneurs and business experts in southeast Minnesota.
Hinds’ company QoL Devices won the contest back in 2023, and he has since used the feedback he got from the experience to rebrand and refocus his business under a new name The Respiration Corporation.
The company is set to release a new product for healthcare providers this spring, LungLink, which will provide access to a new diagnostic device, the Spirobank Oxi and an app to help collect and analyze the data.
