The Bangor Area School District is on the hunt for a new superintendent.
In July, the Bangor Area School Board accepted the resignation of William P. Haws III, who had been the Bangor Area superintendent since 2017.
Haws has accepted the superintendent’s position at the Chichester School District in Delaware County. He had been the Chichester district’s assistant superintendent before he took the job in Bangor.
