CEO Arrested After Allegedly Strangling 15-Year-Old at In N Out Burger [Video]

The CEO of a private equity firm in Colorado was arrested for allegedly strangling a teenager who splashed a woman with water at an In-N-Out restaurant.

Lucas N. Kalisher, 55, was taken into custody by the Loveland Police Department (LPD) on Aug. 4 around 1:00 a.m. local time, according to a release shared on the department’s Facebook page Wednesday, Aug. 14. Kalisher is the CEO of Summit Source Funding LLC in the Denver area, based on his LinkedIn profile.

Police said in their release that a 15-year-old male told them he and two friends were playing and splashing water on each other inside the restaurant on Fall River Drive. “During this interaction an adult female was [accidentally] splashed with water,” the LPD added.
