Breezy north to northeast winds will create hazardous swimming conditions on Lake Michigan again on Monday , with 3-5 ft waves and a high risk for rip currents. Swimming is discouraged – especially in Milwaukee, Racine and Kenosha counties. A Small Craft Advisory will remain in place Monday.
