NAUGATUCK, CT (WFSB) – The storm that struck on Sunday night has left a significant impact on Naugatuck and neighboring towns, causing extensive damage to homes, roads, and businesses.

The intersection of Water and Maple Streets, home to several small businesses, has been particularly affected.

Many of these establishments have been forced to close temporarily due to the extensive damage.

Among those impacted are Water Street Pub and a barber shop, both operated by the same individual.

The popular pub, which celebrated its one-year anniversary just last month, has been heavily inundated with mud and water.
