SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A man was killed, and two other adults were injured early Sunday morning after a shooting in North Sacramento.
Just after 3 a.m., officers responded to the report of a shooting along the 1500 block of Orlando Way, near El Camino Avenue and just west of the Interstate 80 Business Loop, according to Sacramento Police Department spokeswoman Officer Allison Smith.
Upon arrival, police said they located a man with a life-threatening gunshot wound. Despite life-saving measures, he was pronounced dead at the scene, Smith said.
Police reportedly located nearby another adult victim with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound, and they were transported to the hospital. A third adult victim transported themself to the hospital, Smith said.
