Coffee shops, small restaurants burglarized [Video]

Several coffee shops and small restaurants suffered burglaries in Kansas City early Wednesday morning.Kansas City police detectives are investigating the possibility that the same people are responsible.“Donutology” owner Andrew Cameron said burglars broke out the takeout window of the trolley car he uses for his River Market business and managed to squeeze through that narrow gap to get inside.He said the burglars took a safe with money inside and damaged his business.Cameron estimates an overall loss of about $3,000.“This is a huge deal for us because we make our money, you know, one donut at a time.
