Women-led business center coming to Hartford
The 2,500-square-foot space on Trumbull Street will support current and aspiring entrepreneurs in the greater Hartford region.
“It’s building an inclusive space where everyone feels welcome, and we’re so proud of the work we’ve been able to do here by making space for clients from every walk of life and every ethnic background,” Women’s Business Development Council CEO Fran Pastore said.
The center was funded by a $150,000 grant from the small business administration. Women’s business centers are already open in Waterbury, New Haven, New London and Stamford.
