Looking Ahead to Changes Next Week [Video]

JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – A mild start this morning with temperatures in the upper 60s to low 70s as you head out the door. Highs will again warm to the upper 80s today with the addition of a few showers across the area.

More hot and even slightly muggy weather is expected over the weekend, so don’t put the shorts away just yet. Most of us will be dry after today and stay dry through the rest of our First Alert Forecast.

We look forward to next week when you can wear a sweater for the first few hours of the day! A nice fall front will move in Monday evening to cool us off to the mid-50s before heading out the door on Tuesday morning.
