Budweiser is bringing back familiar characters to its gameday slot. In the beer brand’s nostalgic ad, a snowstorm threatens to derail a delivery to a small-town bar. But a team of Clydesdales and a Labrador retriever team up to help Budweiser make the delivery.
Longtime Kenosha establishment Spanky’s Bar and Grill has hit the market and is for sale.
The property, 2325 52nd St., is listed for sale by Pitts Brothers and Associates for $485,000, and includes three separate tax parcels, 40 parking stalls and an apartment above the bar/restaurant.
The bar/restaurant is being sold with all equipment and furnishings included.
The property, built in 1901, sits on 0.51 acres of land, is 3,971 square feet.
