Bento Box opens in Folsom. Its companys newest spot in 14 years [Video]

Bella and Phil Lee are siblings who grew up in Folsom. Now, they operate their family business’s newest location in the Folsom Ranch development.

FOLSOM, Calif. — Bento Box hosted a grand opening Wednesday for its Folsom location, which is the family-owned restaurant’s first new spot in 14 years.

The Sacramento-based sushi company’s newest site is located at 3210 East Bidwell St., Suite 120, within the Folsom Plan Area development. Bella Lee operates it with her brother, Phil. The pair are co-owners, and they wanted to be a part of the city’s new developing area, she said.

“We grew up in Folsom, and we always wanted to be in Folsom,” Lee told ABC10. “It means a lot. It’s been 14 years, so we are very thankful for this opportunity, and we will continue to grow and expand.”
