ALAMOGORDO, N.M. (KRQE) – A man and woman are facing dozens of charges. Police alleged they “ripped off” customers.
David Pena and Angela Moreno, both 42 and of Alamogordo, are accused of starting a company called “Alamogordo Technology Solutions,” even though the city denied them business licenses.

Police alleged the two charged customers, anywhere from $200 to $2,500, for products and services but didn’t complete the work. Investigators have found at least 32 victims dating back to November 2022.
They’re each facing multiple fraud and conspiracy charges.
