Murphy, Corey discuss variety of issues impacting CT voters [Video]

CONNECTICUT, USA — Incumbent Sen. Chris Murphy and Republican candidate Matthew Corey discussed issues that matter most to Connecticut voters in a U.S. Senate debate in New Haven Wednesday.

Murphy and Corey debated this evening and touched on a number points on topics including safety in schools, housing, gun violence and the economy. 

 Murphy is seeking his third term as senator, while Corey thinks it’s time for a change.

 “When your a small business guy and you’ve worked in the private sector, you understand the consequences of the bills you pass in Washington, how they affect your life every single day,” Corey said.
