BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Happy Sunday! It’s been a beautiful start to the day with plenty of sunshine and unusually warm temperatures for this time of the year. We are now under standard time which means our sunset will end up earlier today at 4:52 p.m. CST. Temperatures have quickly warmed into the 70s shortly before noon. We are looking at a mostly sunny to partly cloudy sky this afternoon with high temperatures climbing into the lower 80s. It will be a warm and breezy day with southeast winds at 10-15 mph. If you have any evening plans, we should remain dry with temperatures cooling near 70°F by 7 p.m. CST. A stray shower can’t be ruled out in Sumter, Greene, and Hale counties late this evening, but most of us will remain dry.
Mostly cloudy and dry Monday: We should remain dry and very warm tomorrow. We’ll likely start Monday …
