Park service crews clear new stretch of Blue Ridge Parkway [Video]

Another stretch of North Carolina’s Blue Ridge Parkway is open to visitors after being cleared of debris from Helene, the National Park Service announced Wednesday. Crews restored access to about 11 miles of the Blue Ridge Parkway, within the Asheville corridor, from milepost 382.5, at U.S. 70 near the Folk Art Center, to milepost 393.6, at N.C.
