LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Several small business owners want a suspected burglar to stay behind bars after his latest alleged crime spree, after police reports claim he’s targeted a shopping center two years in a row.
FOX5 first showed you surveillance video of thieves breaking into a podcast studio off Maryland Parkway and Pebble Road by busting through a wall. Victims were notified of an arrest in late September, and Las Vegas Metropolitan Police name suspect Shawn David Morrow as a perpetrator in the crime.
“I immediately recognized Morrow due to the fact that I have investigated him and arrested him for numerous other burglaries in the past,” a detective states in the police report.
At least one of Morrow’s latest cases has been transferred to District Court. Several current charges in Las Vegas Justice Court include business burglary, plus possession of a stolen vehicle and grand larceny of a vehicle.
