Rain will work into the area overnight and be widespread into Monday morning.
MONDAY’S FORECAST
Two rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected on Monday. The first will be in the morning, followed by some dry time around midday and another round in the afternoon and evening.
A stray strong wind gust associated with a thunderstorm can’t be ruled out, but overall issues are not expected.
THE WEEK AHEAD
Cooler air will be flowing into the region through the week with highs in the 40s and 50s to end the week. This will be our first big push of cooler air for the season.
In addition to the temperature drop we can expect windy conditions on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
LOOKING AHEAD
Temperatures look to get a touch warmer again after the weekend with a drier pattern.
