Passing clouds form overnight with a few sprinkles possible. Most areas will stay completely dry.

Temperatures start Wednesday in the middle to upper 30s with wind chills in the lower 30s. Afternoon temps will be in the lower to middle 50s with a slight wind chill as well.

It will be windy on Wednesday and Thursday with winds out of the northwest continuing to draw in colder air. 

Temperatures and wind chills will be coldest on Thursday before warming through the weekend.
