WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The City of Wilmington will offer free on-street parking downtown Thursday through Sunday, Nov. 28 – Dec. 1.
“Whether it’s last-minute Turkey Day purchases, scooping up Black Friday deals, or shopping local on Small Business Saturday, enjoy free on-street parking in downtown Wilmington this Thursday through Sunday!” the announcement states.
