OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Get ready for some cold weather to settle over the course of the next 7 to 10 days. It starts today with breezy and cold Monday. You’ll get temperatures in the 20s and wind chills in the teens as you get the holiday week started.
It will be tough to warm and even when we do get into the mid 30s for highs, they’ll still feel like the mid 20s at best thanks to the gusty wind.
Overall I do expect pretty quiet weather leading up to Thanksgiving. There is a small chance of a melting mix in the area Wednesday but as of now it appears most of this will miss us to the south in Kansas.
