DECEMBER STARTS OFF CHILLY, NEXT WEATHERMAKER MIDWEEK [Video]

December is going to start out on a chilly note. Sunday morning wind chills will be in the single digits above and below zero with actual air temperatures in the teens. Afternoon highs are going to recover back into the upper 20s to around 30. At least the partly cloudy skies will ease the pain of the cold & blustery conditions.

A little light snow could occur on Monday, especially across the Northwoods and parts of Door County. I wouldn’t be surprised if a few spots picked up a dusting. Highs should push back into the lower 30s but it doesn’t look like it’ll be as windy overall.

Clouds thicken on Tuesday out ahead of our next weathermaker, a fast moving Alberta clipper. It will give us a little snow Tuesday night into Wednesday morning. A coating to a few inches remains possible, with the higher amounts most likely north …
