A Lovejoy police officer fatally shot an armed man on Saturday, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

Police said a pedestrian died after being hit by a car in DeKalb County on Saturday night.

A vehicle accident closed I-285 West in Sandy Springs on Sunday morning.
