THE 10 PATIENTS DIED FROM EXTREME HEAT AT THE INSTITUTE IN 19- 89. A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT LED TO THE DECREE.. LEGALLY REQUIRING THE STATE TO FIX PROBLEMS IN MAINE’S MENTAL HEALTH SYSTEM.
