Certified Pies works to clean up after an overnight burglary [Video]

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A Little Rock restaurant spent Monday cleaning up after some unexpected visitors decided to break into their business on Sunday night.

After a burglary happened overnight, Certified Pies filed a police report with the Little Rock Police Department.

Certified Pies co-owner Samantha Stewart shared how the business has never experienced anything like this before.

“To know that some people would want to hurt a small business like us is hurtful,” Stewart added.

She said the burglary happened at around 4:00 a.m. When staff arrived at the Markham restaurant on Monday morning, they discovered damage and several items were missing.
