Good morning and merry Christmas Eve.
We’re going to start the day with some light showers today before drying out this afternoon. It will be a pretty uneventful weather day. Winds will remain fairly light, and rain will come in just a few light showers through about lunch time. By this evening we’ll see more partly cloudy skies and drier conditions. The weather will get more interesting for Christmas Day. Rain will move in and we’ll be quite wet through the day. Winds will also pick up along the coast. Gusts by Christmas evening along the coast could be in the range of 50-65 MPH, potentially leading to a few power outages, so we’re calling it a First Alert Weather Day for the evening.
