CHICO, Calif. – The owners of Hula’s Chinese Bar-B-Q in Chico, Leasa and Jeff Hill, are expressing frustration over a significant increase in their sewage bills, which have reportedly quadrupled since they took ownership of the business in 2021.
The Hills are seeking answers from the city, claiming the charges are inconsistent and difficult to understand.
