Start time pushed back for Tulsa’s 46th annual MLK parade due to cold temperatures | News [Video]

TULSA, Okla. — The start time for Tulsa’s 46th annual Martin Luther King Jr. Commemorative Parade on Monday has been pushed back an hour.

The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Commemoration Society announced on Friday that they adjusted the start time of the 2025 Tulsa MLK Parade to 12 p.m. on Monday.

“This change is being made in hopes of providing a warmer and more comfortable experience for everyone,” the commemoration society said in a Facebook post.

Updated check-in times for participants will be shared soon via email, the announcement said.

The parade will take place at the corner of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and John Hope Franklin Boulevard.
