Sam Brown, CEO of online casino operator Rootz, candidly shares his experiences operating a start-up, including the challenges of competing against tier one players with multi-million dollar marketing budgets. Brown stepped up to the role of CEO in July 2023.
He divulged the benefits of Rootz operating its own proprietary technology stack and its plans to increase regulated revenues, but conservative regulations are making this goal increasingly more difficult to achieve.
