Ariana Resources is getting a further $871,000 investment from Newmont Ventures to fund exploration in south-eastern Europe. Newmont, the world’s largest gold producer, is backing work through Ariana’s Alliance with Western Tethyan Resources.

Thor Energy is making moves in hydrogen and helium exploration with its acquisition of Go Exploration. In a quarterly activities report, the company said it has also completed drilling at its US uranium assets and streamlined its portfolio.

Over at Digitalbox, the company confirmed it won’t be sold after a strategic review highlighted strong growth with its Entertainment Daily and Daily Mash brands. It’s now focused on capitalising on momentum in the digital advertising market.

Allergy Therapeutics said it’s back on track, reporting interim revenues of £34 million, a 2% increase, and growing volumes. CEO Manuel Llobet said the company is building strong momentum heading into 2025.
