Georgia DOT to Host Information Session for DBE, Small Business Enterprises, and Veteran-owned Enterprises Interested in State Funded, Capital Maintenance Projects in Chattooga and Fannin Counties [Video]

The Georgia Department of Transportation (Georgia DOT) State Supported Funding Program (SSFP) is hosting an online webinar for small business owners interested in learning about available resources and project opportunities in Chattooga and Fannin Counties.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), small business owners and veteran-owned small businesses will have the opportunity to learn how to connect with primes on these projects, the SVDBE project goal, the subcontractor work scopes needed, and the eligibility requirements for bidding on projects funded by H.B. 170. Attendees will have an opportunity to hear directly from Georgia DOT personnel. Also, firms who are ready, willing, and able to provide their services on bridge projects, have unique opportunities to perform work.
