A bit of light snow possible Thursday before a bigger system impacts us starting later Friday [Video]

SIOUX CITY (KTIV) – Cold temperatures took over the region Tuesday with highs only going into the teens for most of us under a partly cloudy sky.

Conditions will stay cold with lows dipping into the single digits across Siouxland. While that is happening, our clouds will be increasing and we’ll see a chance of flurries developing as we get later into the night.

A little bit of light snow will be possible on Thursday, mainly in the morning hours. A little light accumulation will be possible as the light snow chance moves through and temperatures stay chilly with highs only in the upper teens to lower 20s.

More changes come our way on Friday. The first part of the day will be quiet but mostly cloudy with highs in the upper 20s. By later in the afternoon, there will be a chance of a mixed bag of precipitation lifting …
