We managed to dip down into the mid-40s in San Antonio this morning, with even a few upper 30s across portions of the Hill Country. That made this morning the coolest we have seen since early April!

Low humidity and total sunshine, however, will allow us to rebound into the upper 70s and low 80s this afternoon. Heading out for Friday night plans or football games? It will be pleasant as temperatures fall through the 70s and eventually into the 60s after sunset under clear skies — great conditions to view the full Beaver Moon that will rise above the east-northeast horizon after 5:30 p.m.!

Saturday morning won’t be as cool, as clouds likely roll in for a few hours. Then, expect a mostly sunny afternoon, with highs in the 80s. More humidity arrives …
