MEMPHIS, Tenn. — New Orleans-style restaurant Bayou Bar & Grill is bringing in a new owner after 37 years in business, according to the resturant’s public relations team.
Memphis native Crosby Keltner will lead the restaurant’s operations starting August 2024. He will partner with current restaurant managers Tyler Hamilton and Amara Jameson to keep its traditions alive in its next chapter.
Keltner brings more than 20 years of hospitality industry experience in the Bayou Bar & Grill. His career began at the age of 16, working in various Memphis-based restaurants including Belmont Grill, Boscos Restaurant & Brewing Company, Ruth’s Chris Steak House and Folk’s Folly. Kelter later relocated to the Nashville-area, where he spent a decade as the general manager of Red Pony.
