A well-kept secret will debut in the Billings Heights soon, and I’m thirsty already. Construction is in its final stages of 105 Brewing, at 815 Yellowstone River Rd. across from the Heights Gainan’s. One may wonder, why 105? It’s a nod to the Heights-area zip code.
105 Coffee and Brewery is finishing construction in Billing Heights.
There’s more brewing there than beer; this brick and mortar will be a brewery and coffeehouse combo, complete with a drive-thru window and a patio. The handcrafted coffee shop will open in January. The locally brewed beer will debut in March. The establishment won’t have a kitchen but will have two dedicated spaces for food trucks on the premises.
“Our plan is to create another food truck hub in the Heights,” the brewery posted on Google.
