FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – As any new year approaching, millions of people will make a new years resolution and look to make their lives better.
Health experts say that starting in December can actually have a positive impact on your health and mindset when looking to accomplish your goals, and having a good support system will go a long way.
“It helps having someone there that we can kind of check-in with us so that we can keep each other accountable to help us meet our goals cause if we only have ourselves that we’re counting on, it’s easier to make excuses or not follow through things,” said Mikenzie Eckroth, Integrated Health Counselor at Sanford Health.
