President Joe Biden announced $612 million on Sunday for six projects to improve electric grid reliability in areas hard-hit by hurricanes Helene and Milton.Biden is expected to detail those resiliency efforts during a visit to St. Petersburg, Florida, which is recovering from back-to-back disasters.Taken together, the storms knocked out power for more than 8 million people in less than two weeks, according to the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
