BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Birmingham is launching a new online platform to make it easier for you to navigate the city’s permitting process.
PEP department leaders say this will reduce both waste and wait times for those looking to develop or enhance their homes and businesses in Birmingham.
Jason Hjetland says this is a huge game changer. Customers use to have to bring in four permit plans for each application, but now with the ‘digital plan room‘, customers will be able to upload all these plans online.
The plan room will also allow you to monitor the status of your applications Digital Plan Room.
