Body found in Ouachita River identified as missing man [Video]

According to the Monroe Police Department, the body found in the Ouachita River on Wednesday, June 26 has been identified as 32-year-old Christopher Muse.

Staff at the LPDC said they found small amounts of synthetic marijuana in the center and had issues with prisoners smoking in one of the inmate housing areas. The staff said the uncommon presence of the substance and some of the inmates smoking led them to believe the synthetic marijuana was recently brought into the jail by an inmate.
