LOXLEY, Ala. (WKRG) — Tuesday begins the auction for nearly everything that belonged to the Burris Farm Market in Loxley.
Monday, the family owned and operated farm market hosted a walk-through to allow bidders to see what is available for the auction.

For over 40 years, the business sold fresh produce and sweet treats through their bakery. The business owners recently sold their property and are scaling back the farm and enjoying retirement.
The Burris family partnered with an auctioneering company and plans to host an auction on Tuesday to get rid of all that’s left.
Matt Presley Auctioneers owner Matt Presley told News 5 that they have around 1,200 items up for bid for the auction, and they are expecting 200 bidders.
