HARTFORD, Conn. Located at the Monroe Police Department (7 Fan Hill Road) and Oxford Town Hall (486 Oxford Road), these Business Recovery Centers are staffed by SBA customer service representatives who can assist business owners in completing their disaster loan applications, accept documents, and provide updates on an application’s status.

Both locations are open Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. They are closed on Sundays.
